Welcome to La Madeleine, a new place in the historic district of Mont de Marsan located 2 place Charles de Gaulle opposite the Molière Theater and right next to the inter-municipal Tourist Office. Open all year round, we will have the pleasure of meeting you and welcoming you to this place that has become chic and timeless. La Madeleine, as its name suggests, will be based on conviviality and sharing, the whole team will be able to accompany you throughout the day. All our dishes are prepared and made with French products, from our regions. We wanted to promote products from French farms, breeders or market gardeners from New Aquitaine and local artisans for the creation of our menu. This commitment to all the women and men working to deliver quality products to us is at the heart of our approach.
