Several dishes are regularly found on our tables, foie gras or confit of duck, pastries like tourtière or pastis landais, but also smoked trout, goat cheese… These dishes will be paired with floc de Gascogne, white wine from Tursan or some kind of Armagnac. We also talk about short circuits, organic, bulk products, committed producers or committed traders..
