From 5:30 p.m., visitors can participate in a pastry workshop led by Catherine Brugger, around Armagnac and Floc of course. At 6:30 p.m., it's time to discover the local heritage with a visit to the cellars, a fun introduction to the aromas of Armagnac and a tasting of Floc de Gascogne. The evening will continue with a friendly musical atmosphere around 100% farm tapas: Fabrice's foie gras, goat cheese from Ferme d'Audou, ice creams...
