Armagnac en Scène 2025 Grand Festive Banquet - White Armagnac Evening, Workshops & Auctions Mont-de-Marsan hosts the very first edition of Armagnac en Scène, a unique event combining winemaking traditions and creativity, to celebrate the vineyards of the South-West, in the heart of the city. Two days of immersive, festive and gourmet experiences: workshops, entertainment, themed evenings… An invitation to (re)discover all the richness of the Armagnac appellation, in a friendly atmosphere. On the program from October 17 to 18, 2025: Friday, October 17: - 3 p.m.: Auction (free entry) at the Maison d'Augustin: Up for grabs: a selection of rare and exclusive lots from the Armagnac appellation, including confidential vintages, bottles of Blanche Armagnac and Armagnac less than 10 years old in limited editions. - 7 p.m.: White Party (free entry) at O'Green Oak: On the program: Revisited cocktails, electrifying DJ set, surprises to be won... Paid drinks - reserved for adults. Saturday, October 18: - 11:30 a.m.: Blending Workshop (to be reserved, limited places - €20 per person) at the Cave du Sommelier: Give free rein to your creativity by creating your own Armagnac blend! You will be introduced to the subtle art of Armagnac blending, by Marc Darroze, an emblematic figure of Armagnac. - 4 p.m.: Armagnac Cocktail Workshop (to be reserved, limited places - €20 per person) at O'Green Oak: Dive into the refined world of Armagnac cocktails alongside Jérémy Lauilhé, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman. - 7 p.m.: The Grand Banquet of Armagnac (reservation required, limited seating - €55 per person) at the Arènes Plumaçon: The Mont-de-Marsan arenas are transformed into a veritable theater of flavors centered around Armagnac.
