Caserne Bosquet - Journées du Patrimoine

The 2025 edition of the European Heritage Days is dedicated to the architectural heritage that shapes our landscapes and our cultural memory. On this occasion, the Bosquet barracks district is highlighting its historic and modern buildings: -an "architecture rally" imagined by the Departmental Archives, in partnership with the Council of Architecture, Urban Planning and the Environment (CAUE), the 34 RI museum and the Philippe Labeyrie Media Library. This rally invites young and old to stroll and rediscover the architecture of the district (from 8 years old) continuously from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. -a meeting at the Philippe Labeyrie media library on Saturday, September 20 at 2 p.m. for an architecture and heritage tour in partnership with the CAUE: a shared perspective between architects and librarians to highlight a showcase building. - Two guided tours to discover the backstage and treasures of the Archives with a section on the architecture and the rehabilitation of the building, at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - A guided tour of the exhibition "Les Landes, the most beautiful sports ground! History and sharing", at 3:30 p.m. - Self-guided tours of the exhibition "Les Landes, the most beautiful sports ground! History and sharing" with the possibility of being accompanied by an audio guide, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. (11 headsets available simultaneously).
