Departmental Domain of Ognoas

The Domaine Départemental of Ognoas extends over 650 hectares in the Bas-Armagnac region. The term "hors d'âge" takes on its full meaning here.
The guided tour begins with a reading of the landscape through which the Midou river runs, through which the eaux-de-vie used to flow in barges. It continues in the ancient cellar where the oldest still in Gascony (1804) is listed as a historical monument. Everything is done to offer you a real encounter with the spirit of Armagnac.
At the end of the visit, learn to taste Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne. In the store, treat yourself to XL40 chocolates... !
From October to April, there is a visit on Thursdays and Fridays at 3pm and from May to September, there is a visit at 3pm on Monday afternoon and then a visit at 10am and 3pm, from Tuesday to Friday.

The Domaine is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network. Each ambassador of the network meets a rigorous set of specifications whose criteria address the attention paid to the reception of customers, the promotion of local products and the preservation of local distribution channels.
