She said: I don't want to be angry all the time. I don't want to live in a riot. I asked her: What do you want then? And what do you want? Faced with the ongoing ecological and human disaster, what do we do? Do we give up? Do we stand together? Three women slip into the city to sow the seeds of revolt. They paste slogans on the walls, tell their stories, sing, and dance. They draw the audience into a poetic demonstration. Their urgent goal: to forge connections and take action in the world. After her appearance during the 2024 season with Ma Montagne and Poulette Crevette, Françoise Guillaumond returns with a protean, multifaceted show, a mimetic octopus: theater, dance, slam poetry, polyphonic singing, sign language, and street art. La Baleine Cargo, founded by Françoise Guillaumond in January 2007 in La Rochelle, is a theatre company that chooses to work for and within public spaces, diversifying its performance formats. The company's mission is to express the state of the world and of humanity, to explore collective memory, and to acknowledge the shared humanity that unites us.
