This gîte benefits from a privileged location on Mont de Marsan. For a leisure stay or a professional stay, you will appreciate the quality of the services offered, the shared garden and the covered terrace. The greenway gîte on the ground floor and first floor is located on the owner's land and has access via the common garden using Japanese steps. Functional, it offers a living room serving as a living room with dining area, lounge with sofa. The bathroom offers a shower and integrates the toilet. The wooden staircase leads to 2 attic bedrooms upstairs, one with a 160 cm bed with library area, the other with 1 140 cm bed as well as a 90 cm bed. For your comfort, sheets, linen toiletries and housekeeping are provided. Heating is extra, pellet stove €9/day, from October to the end of April. Outside, the cottage benefits from a pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture and an electric barbecue as well as a garden. An additional person or teenager can be accepted on a 90 cm mid-high bed, €10/night.
