The Apiary of Claron

For nearly 25 years, the Rucher de Claron has been producing and harvesting its own honey. In the heart of the Landes, the company enjoys exceptional climatic conditions and an ideal flora which allow the bees to produce honey from the beginning of spring until the beginning of autumn. The herd of 600 hives allows us to be autonomous and to offer a handcrafted honey.

Spring, Acacia, sweet chestnut tree, sunflower, Rhamnus frangula, bramble, heather, this is the range of products we have been offering for sale to our customers since the beginning of the company. A local production, distilled in a local distribution channel.

From the beginning, we have proposed products from the hive (honey, royal jelly, pollen, propolis, ...) but for 8 years we have brightened up our stalls with products transformed by our care.
Thanks to our transformation workshop launched in 2010, we apply ourselves to offer you fresh, tasty and artisanal products:
⁃ Gingerbread with various flavors: traditional, orange, lemon peel, fig, ginger, cereal, hazelnut and even Espelette pepper for sweet and salty mixtures.
⁃ Fruit velvets: with raspberry, blueberry, red fruit, fig, orange, kiwi, blackcurrant, blackberry...
⁃ Witch juice, a condiment made with tomato pulp, honey and Espelette pepper.
⁃ Mead

From mid-June to mid-September, tasting tours are offered every Tuesday at 10am. By reservation with the Tourist Office of Mont de Marsan at 05 58 05 87 37.
The Rucher de Claron is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network.
