Soirée conviale à Toujouse

On Wednesday, August 20, the Musée du Paysan Gascon offers you a friendly evening around a musical hike and a traditional dance at the Toujouse arenas! On the menu for this beautiful evening: • Meet at the Toujouse arenas at 6:30 p.m., for the start of the musical hike through the landscapes of Toujouse. This walk will be punctuated by musical surprises, to discover the countryside differently. • From 8 p.m., the festivities continue at the arenas with an open-air meal and a refreshment bar, animated by the banda "Lous Respounchous". On the menu: Melon, plate of grilled meats and/or vegetables, fries, portion of Gascon pastis. * Reservation required before Sunday, August 17. • From 9:30 p.m., the Tojosa association will offer an initiation to teach the uninitiated the basic steps of traditional dances (beginner level, children welcome). • Then at 10 p.m., it's time for the traditional ball with the duo Marc Castanet & Joan-Francés Tisnèr, two renowned figures on the Occitan scene.
