Over the generations, farming practices have evolved as well as production, including cattle breeding, market gardening, corn and then asparagus production. Producers aim for a reasoned agricultural practice of quality fresh produce with local outlets. Today this production is carried out on the small Campagne farm on 2 hectares. Throughout the year, asparagus is cherished to ensure good development of the plant. The sandy terroir of the Sisto farm is favorable to asparagus plants, and gives them a delicious taste. The asparagus is then harvested by hand every day to guarantee a harvest of extra fresh and very good quality products. They are then sorted and marketed and eaten fresh.
