Pouydesseaux

at the gates of Armagnac
A stone’s throw from the heart of the village begins the AOC of Bas Armagnac, the most famous of the appellation areas of this delicious beverage which is the pride of all Landais.

Pouydesseaux has unsuspected charms including its nature with two protected areas. If you are lucky, you may come across a European mink, a protected species in the town.

The church & the mill

Two walks are particularly pleasant: the mill of Beillons and the ruins of the Carro church, dedicated to Saint Roch.

The small disused mill is below a pond with landscaped banks and flowers.

Charming rustic church of Corbleu with its conical bell tower.
