To help users become more independent, Mont de Marsan Agglo has been offering a digital advisor service since January. Whether it's completing everyday administrative tasks (CAF, France Travail, Doctolib, etc.), learning to navigate the internet safely, or using social media, the digital advisor guides users step by step, according to their needs. Participants can bring or leave their own equipment; computers are available from the digital advisor. Users who wish to do so can also be provided with a free computer, provided they complete a training program. These computers come from a partnership with !'Alpi (Agence landaise pour l'informatique), as part of the "Ordi Pin 40" program, which recirculates refurbished computers from the department's middle schools. Places are limited; registration is required.
