Since its creation in 2005, Lafayette Conseil has been fighting to make health care accessible to everyone in France.
Following the success of its Pharmacie Lafayette network, Lafayette Conseil decided to duplicate its model in the optical sector by creating the Optique Lafayette brand in 2009.

The brand's strategy of "sight for all" aims to offer low prices all year round on optical equipment and to fight against the lack of access to healthcare due to a lack of means, which affects nearly 2 million people, i.e. 20% of patients with an optical need (according to the Mutualité Française).
With its unique concept and identity, Optique Lafayette is overturning the traditional codes of the optical sector.
Moreover, for Optique Lafayette, the survival of the healthcare system and the maintenance of the benefits of mutual insurance companies depend on the responsibility of each individual. Therefore, the network is committed to respecting ophthalmologists' prescriptions, in a spirit of public health solidarity.
Optique Lafayette is therefore part of a social and citizen approach: Sight for all!
