Bursting onto the scene unannounced in 2022, Yarotz quickly made a name for themselves within the French extreme metal scene. Their debut album, Erinyes, delivered a barrage of unpredictable hardcore blows, branching out into grindcore, punk, and even death metal. This paved the way for them to conquer some of the country's most renowned festivals (Hellfest, Rock In Bourlon, Tyrant Fest, Les Arts Bourrins, Toxoplasmose, etc.). Their aggressive, raw, and energetic style remains intact but takes a much more thoughtful turn on RESURGENCE. Yarotz refocuses on the essentials, while venturing into more immersive and atmospheric sounds, and making class struggle their central theme. Rest assured, their sacred anger hasn't waned.
